Is it for a board, or for a dummie?
You can get a board shipped from u-line.
Foam dummies can be found at your cake decorating store.
I haven't seen any at Bulk Barn or Micheals just the non-chain stores!

I buy mine at Michaels. I have been able to sweet talk the store manager into letting me buy a case and use a coupon on it as if it was 1 item. Not sure if all managers will do this but it's worth a try.
