I am in working on skills i will need for a gingerbread house for the national gingerbread comp 2010 (followed in my blog in sig line) I have not used isomalt in the past and am going to start working with it soon for my windows.

from what i have read using 1/2 cup isomalt and 2 tbs of light corn syrup microwaving for 30 sec and then in 12 second intervals will give me a very clear result that will not get foggy. Any thoughts or concerns please let me know what you think????
