Help Needed Quickly

I am trying to color regular sugar with Wilton icing coloring....it is not working....does anyone have any tips on how i can do this?

Sure. Put the sugar in a container with a lid. Put a toothpick end of color into the sugar. Put on the lid. Shake like crazy. shake some more.

Done.

There may be a bit of color blob still there, so pick that out and throw it away.
