I need to make a South Carolina Gamecock cake and was wondering if any knows what colors to mix to make garnet?

Americolor makes a maroon that might work. If it's not exact, you could tweak it. Just don't use Wilton red. You will use the whole bottle and still not get the color you want. Plus it will taste awful. Good luck and Roll Tide!!!
