I would like to say WOW to all the tips, tricks and vast amount of knowledge shared on this site. It sure helps people like me who are "hobby bakers" playing with fondant, cake & buttercream.
Just when I think I've seen what in my opinion is the "cutest thing" along comes another.

I couldn't agree more! I started out about a year and a half ago and literally didn't know how to make BC! I have learned a ridiculous amount of pretty much everything from the people on this site. So I also say THANKS! thumbs_up.gif

WhoooHOOOOO!!! for CC!! My only regret is that I didn't know about this site sooner. May have saved me from ALOT of cake catastrophies!!! Oh well, its like they say, "What doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger!!" My cake disasters always turn into learning experiences.
