I have the mini ball pans for the boobs but I cannot figure out what you all are using for the pregnant belly! Thanks for any help!

I made one recently using the Wilton soccer ball pan. I thought it was just the right size, not too small.

or you can use 1/2 of the large egg pan or football pan (will have to do a little carving though.

Or the easiest thing would be to bake a cake in a pyrex bowl.
