Okay, so I know it's probably on here already, but I don't have much time to go through 1200 pages to look for it at the moment. I keep hearing this WASC term and was just wondering what it is? What is it's purpose??

White Almond Sour Cream Cake.

You can find it in the recipe section as well as many variations of it.

It is basicly a cake mix extender recipe, you add flour, sugar and sour cream, that makes a mix go a little futher as well as gives it a bit of a different taste.

This is the recipe I use. I have it doubled out because I at least need that amount every time I bake.

2 box cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
2 cup flour
2 cup granulated sugar
generous dash of salt

16oz cup sour cream
2 cup water
6 whole eggs
1/2 tbsp Almond extract and 1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract

I first mix and sift all dry ingredients. Then add all wet ingredients into stand mixer and mix. Then I add dry mix one cup at a time. HTH!
