White Almond Sour Cream Cake.
You can find it in the recipe section as well as many variations of it.
It is basicly a cake mix extender recipe, you add flour, sugar and sour cream, that makes a mix go a little futher as well as gives it a bit of a different taste.
This is the recipe I use. I have it doubled out because I at least need that amount every time I bake.
2 box cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
2 cup flour
2 cup granulated sugar
generous dash of salt
16oz cup sour cream
2 cup water
6 whole eggs
1/2 tbsp Almond extract and 1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract
I first mix and sift all dry ingredients. Then add all wet ingredients into stand mixer and mix. Then I add dry mix one cup at a time. HTH!
