AS the title says, Ive been asked to make an 18th b/day cake for a friends neice, she wants a fondant square madeira cake, the usual happy birthday iced onto it, but im stuck for decorating ideas, any suggestions?

what does she enjoy, her interests? What type of personality does she have? I think the ideas would be based off of that..
