Whats Your Favorite Filling For Chocolate Cake?

I just did a chocolate cake for a wedding this weekend and I did a caramel buttercream filling. It was soooo good! I just took regular vanilla buttercream and added some caramel sundae syrup. Then when I filled the cake, I drizzled more caramel syrup over the filling. The bride and groom loved it!
I've gotten a lot of requests for my lemon cake with raspberry buttercream. I take the vanilla buttercream and add some warmed Seedless Raspberry Jam. The raspberry buttercream is also very good with chocolate cake!
The Nutella is something I've been wanting to try. The orange sounds yummy, too
