I want to fill a white cake with some cooked strawberries. Anyone have any idea how long it will last at room temp? I was going to cook them like a jam with sugar and lemon juice. Will the cake be ok at room temp for a couple of days or will it require refrigeration, and if so, will that dry it out? Thanks.
Anybody?? Is there anything I can add to make it safe at room temp for a couple of days?
