I don't have one on hand but try the Splenda website. They have lots of recipes on there.

That is a hard recipe to find. I have tried many times to make a diabetic cake it never rises and has the consistancy of bread dough. SugarShack has a couple on her website. They look wonderful! Just scroll down..there are 2 there I think. http://sugaredblog.blogspot.com/search/label/Sugar%20free

Dear ddaigle,

I check out the link you sent it looks good. I'm going to try it in a few weeks. I will let you know how it comes out. My sister who is a diabetic and very sick will love it, I'm sure. I would just like to put a smile on her face.
