Here's A Request I've Never Heard Before......

I just got a request from a bride asking if I could do a wedding cake on short notice, no specific amount of servings...just a "regular sized 3 tier"....with a Twilight theme...each tier for each book....(example: apples on first tier for first book, etc.)......that's all she gave me and wants a quote.....WHAT???? No date!!!....no amount of servings!!!! and a REGULAR SIZED 3 tier.....too funny. I sent her a copy of my questions with instructions that I need to know specific answers. Can't wait to hear back.....it's probably for next weekend .........

She's obviously a fake considering there are FOUR books... not 3! icon_rolleyes.gif I'll be curious to hear what she says back. haha.

I don't know what is more shocking; the fact that she needs a "regular" sized wedding cake on short notice, or that her wedding is Twilight themed. icon_confused.gif

I actually wonder if she's someone that's new to making cakes and doesn't know what to charge for a cake like that so she's contacting you?

lol - I have that here all the time that people ask me how much a 3-tier wedding cake costs... Which leads me to take a deeeep breath to start explaining that.... *sigh*

And I BET the Twilight-cake is needed next weekend!

Haven't heard back from her yet......probably messed with her mind when I told her she had to give me specific answers to the questions.....hehe
