I was asked to make sugar cookie favors for a friend and her one son is allergic to peanuts. I told her that I don't use peanuts or store my ingreadients near peanuts but I could not be sure about where the ingredients were coming from and if at any point peanuts were near my ingredients. Does anyone know how to verify this??

Thank you.

Check all of your ingredients (it will say if it has come into contact or has the potential to have been processed on machines that have processed peanuts, nuts...) Also... have you used a utenstil and touched any of those peanut free items? I keep separate ingredients for a family member that has peanut allergies. I also re-wash EVERYTHING and wipe down the counters before I bake anything that will be going to be where he is.
