no, but....
unless working w/ food grade stainless steal, none would be food safe.
so...
you cover it with something such as good old plastic wrap or aluminum foil
or
leave uncovered, slap on the RKT or gumpaste or fondant and clearly state that it's inedible and for decorative use only.
