I've never had an un-even tier!! This is a 3 tier stacked cake. The middle tier is slightly un-even. I have SPS between the 2nd and 3rd tiers and will stack the top at the event. Any ideas....quick!!!

If your support system is level the stability of the cake will be fine. If the unevenness of the tier is slight enough can it be covered with decor? That's what I would try to do this late in the game.

I decided to put a slight cardboard wedge under the top tier. Hope when the caterers cut it, they don't find it too unprofessional! I also changed the front of the cake to the side and it is much less noticable.
