How can I cover a dummy cake!
What is the best thing to use?

You can decorate a dummy just like a real cake, with buttercream or fondant. With fondant you don't have to crumbcoat with BC first...just mist with water or grease with crisco. A helpful tip I got was to put nonslip drawer liner under the dummy to help hold it in place while you frost or cover.
