Bladder Suspension Cake???

A friend of mine got asked to make a bladder suspension cake for a lady that is going to be having the surgery. She was asked by the lady's friends to make it as a joke. Other than looking up the actual anatomy, any ideas??

Too funny! One of the women I work with had it done last year, and since her birthday was right after she came back to work, we gave her cards with the them of aging and leaky bladders. You could look at those type of cards (In the funny birthday section) for inspiration. HTH

I immediately thought of those commercials for the bladder spasms...you know the ones I mean with the full water balloons parading around? Wonder if that would translate?

What about a cake with a diaper in the middle and the big red circle and line going through it like a no smoking sign - get it, no diapers?
