Can You Freeze Royal Icing Decorated Cookies?

I wanted to make some cookies ahead of time but want to keep them as fresh as possible. can you freeze cookies once they are decorated? I have never frozen cookies before, but have been told that they freeze well (at least before decorations). What is your experience?

Personally, I don't freeze them, but that's just my personal preference, as it can be done. Here are some previous threads that talk about this very topic - hopefully they'll have some helpful information for you!

Yes you can freeze them without any problem I do it all the time even in the bags already!!!
