Does anyone know of or have a recipe for cake or frosting that does not use butter, milk, other dairy products, eggs or egg product or nuts? One of my friends has a child with severe food allergies, and she would like me to bake her son an allergy free cake. He can eat wheat, so I guess that's a plus.

Becel margarine puts out a Lactose free maragrine for Dairy allergies...Sometimes I use that to make my Buttercream when I get a special request.
