My work is having a cupcake challenge on Wednesday and I would really like some really good tried, true recipes. Something out of the ordinary not your usual white, yellow or chocolate. Can be a mix with add ins. I was thinking chocolate fudge, with either Kahlua or Amaretto but not sure on a complimenting frosting. TIA.

Thank you so much. I have a huge list to choose from. Boy this list really makes me want to bake even though it's been over 100 degrees out here. LOL.
just one thing from the top of my head, modify your fav vanilla recipie for some flavors. im fond of green tea, so i use billy's vanilla vanilla cupcakes and add 2 table spoons of matcha powder "thats green tea powder" its unique and different although i noticed its not for everybody
