Just made Indy's buttercream.......it was great. Does it need to be refrig? and if not, what is the shelf life. thumbs_up.gif

No. I think you can keep it 2 to 3 weeks at room temp, according to the many previous threads on the subject.

No need to refrigerate. It will keep fine in a covered bowl for up to two weeks on the counter. thumbs_up.gif

Probably longer than two weeks but it never last any longer around here than that.
