My Agbay Is Broken!!!

I haven't used my Agbay since Decemeber (took a cake break) and it's been stored in my pantry since then. I had 13 cakes that I needed to level last night and I go to loosen the thing on the side to change my height and it just keeps spinning...it won't loosen. WTF?? I have to layer these cakes on Thursday!!! Luckily the woman who sells the Agbay lives about 15 minutes from my house. Hopefully I can meet up with her and get a replacement today or tomorrow!!!!

call her they are super good and will take care of you right away. I would bet $$ on that

. BTW: never heard of this happening to one. The only thing i have ever heard happening was one being dropped and the knob breaking that way.
