Does anyone know how Death By Cupcake does this icing? I am not sure this is a tip at all, but I love the effect! I think she may be a member of CC.

Looks like they took the largest round tip that they had (possibly even an open coupler) and squeezed while keeping the bag still until it reached the size they wanted. Then after it crusted, flatten out with paper towel.
