It's actually the same for me - baking makes me happy, fondant and gumpatse makes me stress and is sooo time consuming. My last 10 cakes has been whipped cream and strawberries as decoration - tastes wonderful, quick to do and everyone is happy - especially DH and DD who hates when I'm decorating cause I get so cranky. And I didn't even think of take pictures of them! I just ate them
