I have a wedding cake coming up & the bride has requested the Quilted pattern. It will be a 12" 10" 8" 6" square stacked cake covered with fondant.

I have been shopping online at Global but I'm not sure which way to go. There are mats, rollers, strips, etc. What should I buy? Which is easiest & will perform the best?

I just use a see through plastic binder / folder divider cut at a 45 degree angle. I bought the 3 row diamond quilter and it takes the same amount of time to do those as it did with the folder, the diamod cutter just cost a hole lot more. If you look at my pictures at the red black and white cake, the bottom tier is quilted with the plastic folder.
