Help!!! Child's Birthday Cake

Novice Cake Maker needing some advice. Thought This would be the place to post!

Making my son Thomas a Brobee birthday cake for THIS SATURDAY like the one in the photo attached. Any suggestions for which pastry bag tip would make icing look like hair/fur like in the photo? I have 3, 104, 16, 32 and 352. None of them really look right. Any ideas?

I also attached last year's cake to prove I'm not totally inept. LOL. He had a circus theme last year.

The grass tip. I'm not sure what number it is; check the wilton tips they have it.
