I just tried the 3 inch cake jacks I ordered from global sugar art and they are fabulous! thumbs_up.gif I am never going back to cutting dowels if I can at all help it!

Yes, very curious, how do they work? Also, do you ask for them back from clients or do you buy these for each cake?

They are adjustable dowels. And I am a hobby decorator so I can get them back. I think it might be tough as a prof decorator, but you could build it into the price...
