I made a lemon bundt cake and I need a great glaze. I have no more lemon left. I have lime plus several other flavors. It is going to a teacher appriaction day at a public school. I was called last minute. The cake is in the oven! icon_cry.gif

You can actually just make a simple glaze with powdered sugar, a little milk and vanilla. It will taste fine on your cake if you don't have lemon extract or a lemon.

a little powdered sugar, melted butter and any extract will make a nice glaze..

adding orange juice will make a nice glaze also!
