I have a client wanting a square/hexagon upside down buttercream cake for her wedding. I have never done one of these, and quite frankly don't know if I even want to, but there's always this little part of me that loves a challenge. Before I tell her if I will do it or not, I'm wanting some advice or help on how an upside down cake is even constructed. Can it be transported assembled? The whole thing just terrifies me!
