i just spoted a topsy turvy cake in the gallaery id love to make one for my nieces birthday just to try it out.. any ideas where to start . i no its supposed to look wonky but how to you stack them safely with out it tipping ovwer?

I'm going to try the tutorial that is here at cake central. Looks fairly easy to do and really stable looking. I'll post a pic when I get it done, probably Sunday. Good luck with yours.
