Opening another shop that will only be cupcakes. (yeah!) Problem is figuring out how to cook the most cupcakes each round in the oven. I have full sized blodgett ovens. Even though they are full sized I can only get 1 24 cup tray on each rack. I thought I had seen narrow trays that hold less but will fit along the 24 online somewhere? Anyone have any help?
