Chocolate Cake For Carving

I'm going to try carving a cake for a friend, but I've never carved one before. She wants chocolate. Can anyone recommend a recipe? Of course, it also has to taste delicious!

I LOVE Chen's recipe on CakeCentral for "Firm Chocolate Cake." It carves really well, is moist and delicious. I even use it when I'm not doing a carved cake.
