Hello. I was wondering if there are any amateur clases in the New York City area on the art of sugar blowing/sculpting? I've never done it, but I'm intrigued and don't know where to start. Many thanks!!
NY Cake has classes. You just missed a cake jewel class. Keep checking the website. The culinary schools have one & two day courses. And don't forget about you tube.
