I have come across some amazing designs people made on cookies for party favors. My question to you is how do you decorate them? What materials/ingredients are needed? I would like to try to make a party favor of cookies for my grandmother's 85th birthday which is in late July. Bagging the cookies isn't the problem. Just decorating (which brand is better to use, how long is needed to wait to bag cookies and etc...). If anyone knows a good website, please let me know.
