What's Up With The Pricing Matrices?

I can't download them; the files are apparently not there. Why are they stickied then?

you need to either have excel installed or download for free the excel viewer..thats what I had to do to see them cuz I don't have the excel program on my computer.

Oh, I see. There's one part that says "Unknown Image" and a bunch of nonsense, and mousing over that gives me nothing. But the OTHER button, which has an x like it is a deleted image does highlight. I'll bet that's it.
