How Long Will This Last?

My house has central AC, which is on 100% of the time in the summer. I have recently purchased a mold with which to make a chocolate high heel shoe. Once I make it, how long will it last? Does it need to live in the fridge?

Are you able to keep a chocolate bar on your counter without it melting? If so, then you should have no problem. Standard eating chocolate does not have to be kept in the fridge, unless your house it so hot that it melts.

You're not putting any kind of filling in the chocolate shoe are you, such as a truffle center? If you are, then depending on what it is, it may need to stay cold.
