Whipped Cream Icing

I have a cake to do over the weekend for a kids birthday party and they want whipped cream icing. Ummm yeah i've never done a cake with whipped cream icing before.

Is there a really good recipe out there to make this? I have no idea how and I kinda wanna whip some up tomorrow so I know what i'm working with.

it depends on what the customer ordered- real whipped cream? Some people are very particular about that. I usually use Pastry Pride for shelf-stability. I have a really good whipped cream cheese recipe also that uses whipped cream.

She wasn't particular at all. She just said she wanted whip cream. I just need to make a good stablized whipped cream icing.
