For a probation officer appreciate day.... I have no ideas... HELP!!

I don't really know anything about probation officers. Do they have badges? You can make one as a topper or as the main cake (copy their info from their badge). You can say You're Appreciated on it. Give me some more info on them; maybe I can help more.
