Frosting With No Dairy Recipe Needed Please

Hi Everyone,

I need to make a lemon cake for a wedding, my customer cannot have dairy so she asked me to make a frosting without dairy on a small cake for just her and her husband.

Anyone have any ideas?

1.5 c earth balance vegan 'butter'
1.5 c crisco
10 cups icing sugar
3 tbsp vanilla
Soy milk to thin...

Obviously, this recipe is for a huge amount of icing, but it is late and I can NOT do any math right now lol icon_lol.gif

It is very tasty... I am in Canada but I know you can get earth balance in the U.S... Hope this helps icon_smile.gif

I believe sugarshacks recipe is dairy free as it calls for non dairy creamer. You can search it in recipes...it is fantastic, I use it for all my cakes icon_smile.gif
