I finally figured out if you mix 1/2 fondant & 1/2 gumpaste roll it on the mat thin until you see the lines. I set it in front of a small fan for about 5 min and its ready to be cut. Putting it in the freezer didnt work for me. And this way you dont have to be in a rush cutting before it thaws and it doesnt get all sticky. And the longer it takes you to cut the better it is.
