I do cakes, but im also an artist, I would like to know the best method to paint directly on fondant. ive used the edible markers but they are not good for large areas....maybe the food coloring??

I mix a little bit of wilton's food coloring with vanilla extract. I've heard vodka also works.

i use americolor gels straight. Or airbrush colors (depending on the consistency or how deep i want the color)
