Hi all,
Im looking for good recipes for cakes that can be easily carved without falling apart. Any flavour will do, as Im just looking for recipes to try out. All the ones Ive done so far have fallen apart on me

I use the Durable 3 D/ Wedding Cake recipe here on cc for my carved cakes. You can find it in the "most saved" recipes. 
You can also do this to any cake mix by cutting the oil by half the amount called for, adding 1 extra egg and 1 four ounce box instant pudding mix.
