Can you freeze buttercream roses? If so, for how long and what to store them in?

I'm a beginner, so I'm kinda lost with some of this stuff. Thanks! thumbs_up.gif

I'm pretty new also but I have frozen them before with no problem. And i have left them in a container in the freezer for a month or two with no problem.

Yes you can freeze them.. I would say no more than 2 months, just for freshness... it all depends on if it is your normal household freezer or a separate one... I don't have a separate one yet so I have to be careful of smell icon_smile.gif Don't forget the baking soda. Yes put them in an airtight container, I also place some saran wrap over my container before I seal it with the top.. double protection. A lot of people make roses or flowers and freeze them from extra BC they have, that way they can just go in the freezer and get them as needed! I have even seen this in bakeries.

Yes, just store them in an airtight container. I've stored them frozen for at least a month.
