To Refrigerate Or Not?

I am still learning what needs to be refrigerated and what does not.
This icing has three cups of powdered sugar and 1 cup of butter.
There is No milk, just a 3:1 ratio of powdered sugar to butter.

Does it need to be refrigerated? It will be eaten in less than 24 hours. It is kind of hot here, though.

doesn't need to be refrigerated unless you think its going to melt, then i would pop it in there.

You don't even have to refrigerate butter. it lasts longer if you do, but you can leave it out on the table, too.
