OK, I need your help. I need to do a demo and I'm trying to figure out what to do. So....what techniques would you like to see for a demo? Is there something you've been wanting to try?

There are a lot of techniques that I haven't tried yet such as carving 3-D cake, making flowers, covering a cake in fondant, stacking etc. ( all these things I'll get to real soon). Is there something that you do that's cool and no one else has done before? If so, that's the one.
