I'm so glad I came across this thread! I am a beginner and would love to get some critiques on my cakes. I try to keep them pretty simple and develop a new skill each time I make a cake. Was self taught but just finished taking 3 of the Wilton classes and had a blast! I would love to hear your honest opinions.
