why does my cake flop in the middle as it cools? It looks good when i take it out but after alittle while it goes down in the middle.
it sounds like it isnt cooked all the way through. If it is larger than a 10" I will put in a flower nail in the middle to help it cook better.
thanks, your right, it wasn't. i was wondering if those cake nails worked.
