Newbie Need Help Princess And The Frog

Hi i'm a newbie and i have a princess and the frog cake due, i was searching for ideas thur cc and found this one, does any one know or have any ideas of how the dress was made or possible what she may have used and tips or ideas would be great. Thanks in advance.

If you read down the comments, the baker says she made the dress out of fondant. Looks like ivory base, ivory petals, pale green overlays. Simple construction, it doesn't have to be exact. But a beautiful cake!
helloooooooo can anyone help me, i know she said it was fondant but what tools to do u think she may have used Honey, you may have to freehand it. You can see the shapes, just try to replicate them.
Just drape the yellow skirt underneath. Then layer on top of that the yellow petals, ten cute your green and layer that. You have to break it apart and think about each layer separately. There are other options if this dress doesn't work out for you.
