Sorry if this is already posted, but I am having a hard time finding information. I live in North Carolina and am planning to start cooking out of a catering kitchen which is licensed by the health board. Baked goods in my state are regulated by the Dept of Agriculture, and I can't seem to find on their website that you need anything other than a business license to start selling.

Has anyone been through this and have information?
