I was hoping maybe someone out there might know what the laws are in North Dakota are regarding home kitchens. Thanks...Linda

There is a thread at the top of the business form that is Stickied called "States that License Home Bakeries". The first post has an attachment that you should be able to open up in Excel and it should have a link to who you need to contact in your state.
Typically it is the Dept of Ag or Dept of Health (depending on the state/county/city)
